DRM - Hacking the Un-Hackable

"Like a creeping fog, DRM smothers more and more media in its clammy embrace, but the sun still shines down on isolated patches of the landscape." This is the opening paragraph to a great article over at Ars. This article steps you through some of the history of DRM, a few of the mainstream DRM schemes out there, and how people past and present are able to circumvent the DRM.

It's a good read whether you know all about DRM or very little. There are also some decent suggestions on how to exercise your Fair Use rights. Happy reading!
